What is direct-to-garment printing?

We do not offer direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a modern printing technique that involves printing digital designs directly onto garments using specialized inkjet printers. Unlike traditional screenprinting, which requires the creation of screens for each color, DTG printing allows for full-color, detailed prints without the need for multiple screens or color separations.

In DTG printing, the garment is placed on a flatbed printer, and the design is digitally transferred onto the fabric using water-based or pigment inks. The printer precisely applies the ink onto the garment, resulting in vibrant and high-resolution prints that are soft to the touch.

It’s important to note that DTG printing is best suited for smaller designs and quantities. For large-scale production runs, traditional screenprinting may still be more cost-effective.

While DTG printing is a popular technique in the industry, we have chosen to focus on other printing methods such as screenprinting and sublimation. These methods allow us to deliver the highest quality and durability for your custom apparel and promotional items. Rest assured that our experienced team is well-versed in screenprinting and sublimation techniques, ensuring vibrant colors, intricate details, and long-lasting prints.
